The name, email, company and country you give when signing up; what you post in the forum; contact form messages; login times and the IP address you visit from (to prevent abuse).

How we use it

To create and manage your account, send verification and password emails, contact you about your trial, answer your questions, improve the product and prevent spam and abuse. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

Cookies

Only essential cookies: your login session, language choice and a form security token. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Storage and security

Data is stored on cloud servers we rent. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Forum posts are public, so please do not post sensitive information.

Your rights

You can edit your details in My account, or email [email protected] to access, correct or delete your personal information. We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
